German thrash metal prodigies Dust Bolt paid a visit to Athens, Greece for the first time on November 30th. Support was provided by local acts Typhus and Spit The Blood.
My second encounter with these lovely lads came a few months after their stellar performance at Summer Breeze 2019, which was one of the highlights of the festival for me. Given how popular Dust Bolt is in the new generation of local thrashers, it came as no surprise that a good part of the audience were in their mid-late teens and, having secured spots in the barrier, they merrily banged their heads along with the band. I most certainly hope it won't take them long to come back.
