The Sound Of Revolution 2019 completes lineup

The Sound Of Revolution 2019 has now completed its line-up, with the addition of 15 new names, such as Dutch punk rock band Heideroosjes, melodic hardcore powerhouse Ignite, UK punk legends UK Subs and LA hardcore band Terror. The festival will take place once again in the Klokgebouw at Strijp-S, Eindhoven on Friday 1 and Saturday 2 November. These bands join bands such as The Bruisers, Youth of Today and Shelter that were already confirmed.

The Sound Of Revolution is one of the biggest gatherings for hardcore and punk fans in the world, where the whole community can experience their favourite bands, enjoy drinks and great food with friends from around the world and find that rare record of that certain underground band. Combi-tickets for The Sound Of Revolution cost €53,50 (incl. service costs), a Friday ticket costs €23,50 (incl. service costs) and a Saturday ticket costs €38,50 (incl. service costs). All tickets are for sale at www.ticketmaster.nl.

Dutch punk rock legends Heideroosjes will celebrate their 30th anniversary. They may seem like the odd one out, but no one can deny the huge influence this quartet had on Dutch and international punk rock kids in the 90s.

Ignite had its watershed moment with ‘Our Darkest Days’ in 2006. An exceptional hardcore record rooted in hardcore’s energy, catchy melodicism and frontman Zoli Teglas’ unmistakable, soaring vocals. We’re happy to welcome them back in Eindhoven!

Punk rock legends UK Subs marked their 40th anniversary in 2016 with the release of their final studio album ‘Ziezo’, completing the sequential alphabetical order of their 26 releases. Frontman Charlie Harper and his companions are still one of the hardest-gigging punk bands after all these years.

The veterans in Terror are probably one of the biggest bands hailing from our beloved hardcore scene, but are still one with the underdogs since their inception in 2002. Lead by charismatic frontman Scott Vogel, the band plays hardcore in its most raw, angry and honest form.

Bands that are newly confirmed as well are Backtrack (last Benelux show), Death By Stereo, The Geeks (celebrating their 20th anniversary), Jesus Piece, Bent Life, Disturbance, Foreseen, La Inquisición, The Real Danger, Dead Heat and Diss Guy.

The full Friday line-up consists of Heideroosjes, Shelter, UK Subs, Backtrack, Disturbance, Higher Power, La Inquisición and Diss Guy.

The full Saturday line-up consists of The Bruisers, The Bouncing Souls, Youth Of Today, Ignite, Terror, GBH, The Last Resort, No Turning Back, Victims, Death By Stereo, Shutdown, Outburst, Mainstrike, Next Step Up, The Crack, Jesus Piece, The Geeks, Bent Life, Grade 2, Live By The Sword, Foreseen, Eisberg, The Real Danger and Dead Heat.
