Jera On Air reveals 5 more bands for 2023

Jera on Air is only on the calendar for around 30 weeks, but there are already five more reasons to look forward to the 29th edition of the festival in Ysselsteyn, which is now one of the biggest rock events in BeNeLux. Year after year, the crew, consisting of numerous volunteers, puts together a top-class line up that will be more than just readable in 2023!

After top acts such as Parkway Drive, Rancid, Meshuggah and The Ghost Inside, five additional top-class acts have been signed today, who will be performing in North Limburg next year:

Billy Talent, Code Orange, Papa Roach, Pup & The Interrupters stand for varied rock entertainment and, together with the well-known names, form a line-up in a class of its own!

Advance tickets are available at www.jeraonair.nl and it's important to secure your tickets well in advance as last year's festival was sold out!

Also in 2023, every visitor to Jera On Air can look forward to three days full of the finest alternative music. Already on Thursday, June 22nd, the gates to the entrance of the festival and the campsite will be opened, and then thousands of fans can look forward to seeing their favorite punk, hardcore and metalcore bands. In the latter genre, Parkway Drive has been one of the absolute top bands for many years, greetings from the top of the world. Not least because of their energetic shows, where absolute fireworks are guaranteed: in the literal and figurative sense, which they once again impressively proved during their recently completed arena tour.

The Ghost Inside's lead singer Jonathan Vigil can certainly compete vocally with his Parkway Drive colleague Winston McCall. As is his name and fame. In 2015, Americans' worst nightmare became reality when their tour bus collided head-on with a truck. Both drivers died and some of the band members were seriously injured. Drummer Andrew Tkaczyk was in a coma for ten days and lost his leg. Like Tkaczyk, The Ghost Inside returned stronger than ever after the drama.

"Time Bomb", "Ruby Soho" and "Radio": three true punk classics from the same band, Rancid. The punks, who don't shy away from ska, have been considered innovative, catchy and the best the genre has to offer for over thirty years. "Catchy" is not a term that is often used in connection with Meshuggah. But the metal veterans from Sweden are melodic. And also inimitable. Under the direction of Jens Kidman, they inspire millions of fans worldwide. These are just some of the big names on the Jera On Air 2023 festival poster, which also features Hatebreed, Sick of it All, The Amity Affliction, Fever 333, Motionless in White and Lorna Shore.

And now they're joined by more fan favorites in the form of Billy Talent, Papa Roach, The Interrupters, Pup and Code Orange.

Without even having announced a band, the early bird tickets for Jera On Air 2023 were already sold out within an hour. For those who have already secured a ticket, you probably won't regret your decision knowing that they'll also have Malevolence, Landmvrks, H2O, Rise of the Northstar, Stray from the Path, The Menzingers, Any Given Day and Polaris on the 22nd, June 23rd and 24th in Ysselsteyn.

Tickets and more information are available at www.jeraonair.nl. All information about the campsite and other facilities can also be found on the website.
