Wacken Open Air has confirmed more bands for the 2022 edition, which is already sold out well in advance.
Till Lindemann, the influential Rammstein frontman who makes his Wacken debut, Tarja, Grave Digger on an explosive 40th anniversary show, Danko Jones, Orden Ogan, Cirith Ungol, Death SS, Vomitory, Angel Witch, New Model Army, Doyle, Lucifer, Nytt Land and Voice of Baceprot.
The lineup so far consists of the creme de la creme of the metal scene, with Slipknot and Jundas Priest (on their 50th anniversary) headlining, and a plethora of bands playing alongside. Other acts confirmed so far include Limp Bizkit, In Extremo, Rose Tattoo, Lacuna Coil, As I Lay Dying, Gwar, with many more to be announced.
The exchange for WOA 2022 starts at the beginning of July. If you have a valid ticket for WOA 2021, you will receive an email for this purpose, with which you can log into our new ticket centre.
