Green Carnation to stream album release concert on May 23rd

Norwegian progressive metal act Green Carnation will stream their 'Leaves of Yesteryear' album release concert tomorrow, May 23. There are several ways to stream the performance, get access to exclusive content, and support the band. Tickets are not necessary, but can be purchased for additional and exclusive perks.

Those who buy a ticket (€5) in advance will be granted access to the entire release party, a three-hour long live broadcast, which starts at 1:30 P.M. EDT. This will include exclusive interviews, the "Making of Leaves of Yesteryear" documentary, the world premiere of the new "Sentinels" music video, and more. The broadcast will be presented by Simen Daniel Lindstad Børven from the band Leprous.

Tickets are available here and the viewer will receive an email with an URL and an unique password a few hours before the broadcast starts. The people with a ticket will have access to the entire broadcast (with their code) for one week after the show.

Even without a ticket, fans will still be able to tune into the concert live stream only, which starts at 3.00 P.M. EDT via the website of PROG magazine, the band's Facebook page or the Facebook page of Season of Mist.

Promoter Dirty Old Town, Green Carnation, Ticketmaster, Aasgaarden Visuals/Amodei Visual, and Radisson Blu Caledonien Hotel have decided to live-stream the concert with a multiple camera production with no audience present. No matter where you are located, you will be able to buy a ticket, get a unique code, and stream the entire event.

The band is working to find a new date for the physical concert. Ticket-holders for the original show on May 23 will automatically receive a streaming-code for the online event.

'Leaves of Yesteryear' was released on on May 8 via Season of Mist.
