Modern Life Is War premieres new video

Five years after the release of "Fever Hunting", Modern Life Is War has new music in the works. More specifically, the Iowa powerhouse has revealed the video for the song "Feels Like End Times", the first of the "Tribulation Worksongs vol. 1" ongoing series of 7" singles that the band will be releasing in the next months via Deathwish. The song is available for streaming here, physical pre-orders can be found here.

"Tribulation Worksongs: Volume 1" (which also contains a second song, "Lonesome Valley Amunitions") was recorded by Luke Tweedy at Flat Black Studios and mixed by Kurt Ballou at God City Studios. Aiming to be as hand built as possible, the lyrics/credits of each song were typed by Modern Life Is War vocalist/lyricist Jeff Eaton on his antique typewriter. These were later hand stamped on the front and back covers by artist Jacob Bannon, making each cover totally unique. The labels of the vinyl were also hand stamped before final assembly by the people at Deathwish.

We will be catching Modern Life Is War on the tour with Cro-Mags and at Vainstream later this month, stay tuned for more.
