Greek black metallers Rotting Christ were arrested in Georgia on April 12th while on tour, on suspicion of terrorism allegedly due to the band's name.
Rotting Christ issued a statement, as published on Season Of Mist's official Facebook page, in which they detailed the reasons behind the arrest. Luckily, after the mobilization of legal experts, journalists and activists in Georgia by the local promoter, the band was released.
