Polish quartet Decapitated, who are curently on tour with Thy Art Is Murder in the US, were arrested on Saturday morning in Santa Ana, CA, for allegedly kidnapping a woman in Spokane, WA, on August 31st. The band is in LA County Jail awaiting extradition in Spokane.
The band hired a defense attorney in Spokane when they wer emade aware of the investigation. The latter, according to The Spokesman-Review, insisted that: "There is another side to this. We have witnesses that can testify to the fact that the accuser came to visit (the) band of her own free will and left on good terms (...) I made it clear that I could get the guys up here ASAP and they would cooperate."
